Jewish Network Netherlands
Privacy Notice
Effective date: 4 September 2026
Who is responsible for your data?
Jewish Network Netherlands (JNN) is responsible for the personal data collected through the Titan Stage website and registration form.
For privacy questions or requests, contact jewishnetworknl@gmail.com.
What information do we collect?
Depending on the information you submit, we collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number and city;
- your LinkedIn profile, profession or role, and organisation website;
- your JNN membership status;
- your professional profile, short biography, interests and event goals;
- your answers about connection to the Jewish community and sense of belonging;
- registration time, consent record and payment status; and
- limited technical and security information generated when you use the website.
Why do we use this information?
We use your information to:
- process and manage your Titan Stage registration;
- send event, venue, programme and payment communications;
- administer attendance and respond to questions;
- create attendee profiles, support relevant networking and participant matching;
- manage event admission and other event operations;
- support necessary event follow-up communication; and
- protect the website and registration system against misuse.
We do not use Titan Stage registration information for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
Our legal grounds
We process ordinary registration and payment-administration information because it is necessary to provide your event registration and to manage the event. We process limited technical information where necessary for the legitimate interest of protecting the service.
Membership and community-connection answers may reveal information about religious beliefs or community affiliation. We process these answers, and transfer information to the event-app provider for the purposes described in this notice, on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal and may limit our ability to administer your registration or provide app-based networking features.
Who receives your information?
Access within JNN is limited to authorised team members who need the information for Titan Stage. JNN will also share the registration and profile information necessary for the purposes below with the authorised provider and team operating the Titan Stage event application:
- creating and managing attendee profiles;
- networking and participant matching;
- event admission and operational communication; and
- necessary event follow-up communication during the retention period.
Selected professional profile information may be visible to other registered attendees in the event application, such as your name, profession or role, organisation, LinkedIn profile, biography, professional interests and networking goals. Your telephone number, email address, membership status and community-connection scores will not be displayed to other attendees by default.
We do not share registration information with event partners or sponsors for their independent marketing.
We also use Render for hosting and database infrastructure, Brevo for transactional email, and Mollie for payment. These providers process relevant information to deliver their services. Payment details are entered on Mollie’s secure payment page; JNN does not receive your complete card or bank credentials.
The event-app provider may use the information only to deliver the event services described above and must protect it, restrict access and delete or return it in line with JNN’s instructions and the retention period below.
How long do we keep it?
Titan Stage registration, event-app and audience-profile information will be deleted or anonymised no later than three months after the event, by 11 January 2027. This period also applies to copies held by the event-app provider for Titan Stage. Limited payment or administrative records may be retained for longer where required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask JNN to provide access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, provide a portable copy, or consider an objection. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
Send requests to jewishnetworknl@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security and changes
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this notice if the event process or our service providers change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
